We will be providing simple daily at home workouts for all students, staff, and community members. These workouts will typically be posted with two separate workouts, feel free to do one or both. These workouts will be posted on our USD 333 Strength accounts, both on Facebook and Twitter. We would also encourage you to get outside and take a walk or move around. We would love to see video and photos of our students, staff and community members working out, so please share photos/videos on Facebook, Twitter or email Coach Echer Jordan.firstname.lastname@example.org.
