StuCo to Host Open Mic Night @ Britt’s

CHS StuCo will be hosting an open mic night for all high school students on Thursday, Jan 30th 7-9pm at Britt’s Fountain and Gifts.  All students & staff will receive a dollar off coupon (valid that night only) and students that perform will receive a free food and drink item.  See you Thursday at Britt’s!

Posters Remind Students To Use Seatbelts

CHS SAFE (Seatbelts Are For Everyone) team hung posters in the hallways to remind students to wear their seatbelts.  This poster campaign is one example of the monthly educational projects that SAFE completes.  The goal of SAFE is to increase seatbelt usage and decrease distracted driving in student drivers.

CHS Announces January Student of the Month

Congratulations to Jacob Rosenbaum, Concordia High School’s Student of the Month for January.  Jacob is the son of Robert and Meredith Rosenbaum.   Jacob plans to attend Kansas State University to major in education and pursue a teaching job. Jacob has participated in football, basketball, baseball, student council (executive treasurer), panther interact, and panther leadership council.

StuCo to Host Ironman Volleyball and Powderpuff Football on Nov. 9th

Students are encouraged to sign up for this years’ Ironman Volleyball and Powderpuff Football.  Sign ups are posted on the StuCo bulletin board in the main office hallway.  Ironman will begin at 2pm in the varsity gym, followed by Powderpuff football at Harold M. Clark Stadium.  Game 1 will feature Seniors vs. Freshmen and Game
