Scholar’s Bowl Road Ends at Regionals

The Concordia Varsity Scholar’s Bowl team traveled to Thomas More Prep – Marian in Hays on Thursday, February 26th to compete at the Regional level.  The team consisted of seniors:  Austin Kaufmann, Ashlyn Norris, and Macy McMillan; junior: Ye Gang Lee; and sophomores: Riley McMillan and Phillip Shirkey. The Concordia JV Scholar’s Bowl team traveled to Republic County on Tuesday, November 19th.  The team consisted of Luke Anderson, Riley McMillan, Phillip Shirkey, Isaiah Steffen, and Jenna McFadden.  The team outperformed 6 of its 7 opponents.  At the end of the tournament there was a 3-way tie between Flint Hills Christian, Concordia, and Ellsworth.
